More and more people are sensitive to certain foods, such as lactose, gluten, histamine, alcohol, or sugar substitutes (e.g., sucrose). These specific dietary needs pose challenges for hotels and restaurants, especially when offering a diverse buffet or menu. Our kitchen places great emphasis on using local, regional, and organic products whenever possible. However, our traditional alpine dishes often rely on cheese, meat, and flour. At the same time, our menu always includes easily digestible dishes, fish options, and a vegetarian choice.

Information on Special Dietary Needs
Gluten-Free:
- Offer: A limited selection of gluten-free dishes is available.
- Notes: Preparation is done separately, which may result in longer wait times // Baked goods are only offered in sealed packaging to avoid cross-contamination.
Celiac Disease:
- Offer: A limited selection of gluten-free dishes is available.
- Notes:
- Preparation is done in different timeframes, which may result in longer wait times.
- Baked goods are only offered in sealed packaging to avoid cross-contamination.
- Since we only have one kitchen available, we cannot guarantee 100% that there is no cross-contamination.
Vegetarian:
- Standard Offer: Vegetarian dishes are always part of our menus.
- Themed Evenings: If no vegetarian option is available at special events (e.g., Ladin dinner, gala evening), we are happy to prepare an alternative for you.
Vegan:
- Breakfast: Various existing products can be consumed by vegans without issues. Unfortunately, we cannot offer vegan meat or cheese alternatives due to potential contamination concerns.
- Lunch/Dinner: The selection of vegan dishes is very limited.
Lactose Intolerance:
- Availability: We are happy to offer lactose-free dishes.
Fructose Intolerance:
- Availability: Suitable options are available for fructose intolerance as well.
Histamine Intolerance:
- Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer histamine-free dishes, as secondary allergies often occur.
Alcohol Intolerance:
- Use of Alcohol: Alcohol is rarely used in our dishes. We would be pleased to offer an alternative.
- Non-Alcoholic Wines/Drinks: We offer a limited selection of non-alcoholic wines, beers, and cocktails.
Sucrose Intolerance:
- Dessert Options: Sucrose is rarely used in our kitchen. For guests with sucrose intolerance, we offer creative alternatives to meet their needs.

Religious diets:
We respect all religious dietary requirements; however, we are unable to offer kosher or halal cuisine. Due to the specific needs related to preparation, ingredients, and the use of utensils required for these diets, we are not able to accommodate them in our kitchen.
